During the visit, the Hon'ble Prime Minister inaugurated the Loitering Munition Testing Range and a specialized runway facility for Unmanned Aerial Vehicles (UAVs), marking a significant milestone in India's defence and aerospace capabilities. This initiative aligns with the Government of India's focus on 'Atmanirbhar Bharat' and indigenous defence production.
