CRISIL Limited closes UK subsidiary

CRISIL Limited had earlier announced regarding closure of its UK-based non-operating wholly-owned subsidiary, Greenwich Associates UK (Holdings) Ltd.

Greenwich Associates UK (Holdings) Ltd has been closed post receiving the requisite approval of the competent authorities. As a result, it has ceased to be a subsidiary of CRISIL.

Shares of CRISIL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 2945.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 3013.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3536 in over 1106 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 3050.00 and intraday low of 2912.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 10523001.00.
