Godrej Properties Ltd allots 70363 shares

Pursuant to the provisions of the Godrej Properties Limited Employees Stock Grant Scheme, 2011 (the 'GPL ESGS'), the option grantees have exercised 70,363 stock grants equivalent to 70,363 Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 5/- each of the Company (the 'Equity Shares') during the exercise period.

Accordingly, the duly authorised Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held on June 17, 2019 allotted 70,363 Equity Shares of Rs.5/- per Equity Share to the option grantees in terms of the GPL ESGS.

Consequently, with effect from June 17, 2019, the issued, subscribed and paid up capital of the Company stands increased to Rs. 1,14,69,70,380 consisting of 22,93,94,076 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each.

Shares of Godrej Properties Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.913.7 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 915.6. The total number of shares traded during the day was 54042 in over 754 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 927 and intraday low of 900.6. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 49380707.
