HDFC Bank Ltd allots 6324000 equity shares

HDFC Bank Ltd has allotted today 6324000 equity shares to the employees of the Bank pursuant to exercise of options under its Employees Stock Options Schemes (ESOS).

The paid up share capital of the Bank will accordingly increase from Rs. 5193951334 equity shares of Rs 2/- each to Rs. 5206599334 equity shares of Rs 2/- each.

Shares of HDFC Bank Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs.2109.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 2136.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 294103 in over 8005 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 2135.7 and intraday low of 2100.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 622072155.
