ITD Cementation India Ltd allots 16,629,684 Equity shares

The Board of Directors of ITD Cementation India Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. 2nd February, 2018, has approved the allotment of 16,629,684 Equity shares of face value of Re. 1/- each at Rs. 202.55 per equity share (including a premium of Rs.201.55 per equity share) aggregating to Rs. 33,683.42 lakh.
