Praj Industries Ltd allots 122900 Equity Shares

Pursuant to the provisions of the Praj Employee Stock Option Plan 2011, some of the option grantees have exercised 1,22,900 Stock grants equivalent to 1,22,900 Equity shares of face value Rs. 2/- each of the Company.

Accordingly, the duly authorised Compensation & Share Allotment Committee of the Board of Directors of Praj Industries Ltd has allotted 1,22,900 Equity shares on July 22, 2016 at an exercise price of Rs.55.75 per Equity share to the option grantees in terms of Praj Employee Stock Option Plan 2011.

Consequently, the issued, subscribed and paid-up share capital of the Company stands increased to 178,170,739 Equity shares of Rs.2/- each.

Shares of PRAJ INDUSTRIES LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.88.3 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90.7. The total number of shares traded during the day was 557353 in over 4675 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 94.4 and intraday low of 87. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 50112947.
