Capital Trade Links Ltd approves conversion of 290600 warrants

The Board of Directors of Capital Trade Links Ltd at its meeting held on March 03, 2016 has approved the conversion of 2,90,600 Warrants into Equity Shares.

That as per the terms of the issue of Warrants, the Board of Directors has approved the conversion of 2,90,600 warrants into equity shares at Rs. 92 per equity share (including premium of Rs. 91 per equity share) to M/s. Nutek India Limited respectively against the warrants held by them.
