UFO Moviez India Ltd approves allotment of equity shares under Employees Stock Options Schemes

The Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of UFO Moviez India Ltd in its meeting held on December 03, 2015 has allotted equity shares of Rs. 10/- each pursuant to exercise of the employees stock options under employee stock option schemes of the Company.

24,125 equity shares were allotted under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2006 and 262,555 equity shares under UFO-Employee Stock Option Scheme 2010.
