BAG Films to raise US$35 million

BAG Films & Media Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 28, 2007, inter alia, has approved the raising up to US $ 35 million by way of Foreign Currency Convertible Bonds / Global Depository Receipts (GDR) and / or any other Security in the international market(s) subject to approvals as may be necessary / required by the Company.
