Mangalam Drugs & Organics Ltd allots 12 lakh shares on conversion of warrants

The Board of Directors of Mangalam Drugs & Organics Ltd at its meeting held on November 16, 2015, has approved the allotment of 12,00,000 Equity Shares on conversion of 12,00,000 Share warrants of Rs. 10/- each at a premium of Rs. 55/- per share out of the total 26,50,000 Warrants allotted to promoter group on preferential basis, upon the receipt of balance consideration amount on it.
