Scindia Steam fixes Book Closure for AGM

Scindia Steam Navigation Company Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 14, 2007 to August 17, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 22, 2007.
