Kojam Fininvest fixes Book Closure for AGM

Kojam Fininvest Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 26, 2007 to August 01, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 4th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 01, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has not recommended any dividend for the year ended March 31, 2007.
