Mercator Lines Updates on Acquisition of Vessel

With reference to the earlier announcement dated May 03, 2007 informing about execution of MOA by the Company's Singapore based subsidiary (Mercator Lines (Singapore) Pte Ltd) for acquisition of 4 nos. dry bulk vessels of about 305,000 in aggregate, Mercator Lines Ltd has announced that the said subsidiary Mercator Lines (Singapore) Pte Ltd has taken delivery of one of such 2006 built panamax vessel of 74,444 DWT.
