Aristocrat Luggage Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 18, 2007 to September 24, 2007 for the purpose of 33rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 24, 2007.
