Shiv Vani Oil & Gas Exploration Services Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 26, 2007 to July 30, 2007 for the purpose of 16th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on July 30, 2007.
