Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi fixes Book Closure for AGM

Sri Lakshmi Saraswathi Textiles Arni Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 17, 2007 to August 24, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 43rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 24, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has not recommended any final divided, now, other than the interim dividend declared in March 2007.
