Adf Foods Board recommends 10% final dividend

Adf Foods Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend @ 10% (Re 1/- per share). Total dividend (including interim dividend of 10%) will be @ 20% (Rs 2/- per share).
