Nidhi Polyester fixes Book Closure for AGM

Nidhi Polyester Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 20, 2007 to August 30, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 24th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on August 30, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has not recommended any dividend for the year 2006-07.
