Patels Airtemp India Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from September 17, 2007 to September 28, 2007 for the purpose of payment of dividend & 15th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 28, 2007.
