Ridhi Synthetics fixes Book Closure for AGM

Ridhi Synthetics Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from August 30, 2007 to September 07, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of 26th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company to be held on September 07, 2007.

Further the Company has informed that, the Board has not recommended any dividend for the year 2006-07.
