Anant Raj Industries issues waarrants to Lehman Brothers, ABN AMRO Bank, Master Trust Bank

Anant Raj Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 03, 2007, inter alia, has approved and issued 15,04,000 Warrants into equivalent number of Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each @ Rs 600 per share, which were allotted to the persons belonging to Non-Promoter Group as per details given hereunder:

1. Lehman Brothers Asia Ltd A/c GRA Finance Corporation Ltd: 3,22,500 no of shares

2. ABN AMRO Bank N.V., London Branch: 8,81,500 no of shares

3. The Master Trust Bank of Japan Ltd A/c HSBC India Equity Mother Fund: 3,00,000 no of shares.
