ABG Heavy Board recommends Rs.2.50 dividend

ABG Heavy Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 02, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 2.50/- per share for the year ended March 31, 2007, for approval of members.
