Wearology Board to consider dividend

Wearology Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 28, 2007, inter alia, to consider the following:

1. To approve the Un-audited Results for the Quarter ended June 30, 2007.

2. To approve the Accounts for the year ended March 31, 2007 and to recommend dividend on equity shares, if any for year 2006-2007.
