Gopala Polyplast Board recommends dividend

Gopala Polyplast Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend @ 1% on the Cumulative Redeemable Preference Shares for the year 2006-07.
