Bharati Shipyard Board recommends Rs.3 dividend

Bharati Shipyard Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on July 02, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of Rs 3.00 per share for the year 2006-07.
