Associated Profiles Board recommends 15% final dividend

Associated Profiles & Aluminium Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 15% (including interim dividend of 12%) on the equity shares of the Company for the year ended March 31, 2007 (previous year @ 12%).
