Rama Paper Mills Board recommends 5% dividend

Rama Paper Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended the dividend of 6% on preference shares and recommended the dividend of 5% on equity shares.
