Zodiac Clothing Board recommends Rs.1 final dividend

Zodiac Clothing Company Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended final dividend of Re 1 per share, subject to approval of the shareholders in the ensuing annual general meeting of the Company.
