VBC Ferro Alloys Board recommends 20% dividend

VBC Ferro Alloys Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has transacted the following:

1. Decided to recommended the payment of dividend @ 20% on Equity Shares of Rs 10/- each for the Financial Year ending March 31, 2007.

2. To hold the 25th Annual General Meeting of the members of the Company will be held on August 17, 2007.
