Sanra Software Board recommends 5% dividend

Sanra Software Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of Rs 0.50 per equity shares for the financial year ended March 31, 2007, subject to approval of shareholders in the Annual General Meeting of the Company.
