Opto Circuits EGM approves issue of 12,00,000 warrants and shares

Opto Circuits India Ltd has announced that the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting (EGM) of the Company held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, have accorded the following:

1. Issue upto 12,00,000 Convertible Share Warrants on preferential basis to Promoters and Directors of the Subsidiary Companies.

2. Issue upto 12,00,000 Equity shares on preferential basis to FIIs and NRI.
