Multiplus Holdings Board recommends 5% dividend

Multiplus Holdings Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend of 5% on Equity Share Capital for the year ending March 31, 2007.
