Parekh Aluminex Board recommends 16% dividend

Parekh Aluminex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has proposed a dividend of Rs 1.60 per share (16%) for the financial year 2006-07.
