Corporation Bank Sells 0.26% of Bank's holding in NSE

Corporation Bank has announced that pursuant to the approval received from the concerned authorities the Bank has sold 1,19,250 equity shares constituting 0.26% of the issued and paid up capital of National Stock Exchange of India Ltd (NSEIL) to Citigroup Strategic Holdings Mauritius Ltd for an aggregate sum of USD 6,625,000 on June 28, 2007.

The stock was trading at Rs.331.15, up by Rs.6.75 or 2.08%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.337.80 and low of Rs.326.10. The total traded quantity was 26091 compared to 2 week average of 13295.
