Suave Hotels Board recommends 12% dividend

Suave Hotels Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend of 12% for the year 2006-07 on the paid up equity shares of Rs 10/- each.
