Mold Tek Technologies Board recommends 20% final dividend

Mold Tek Technologies Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 20% (subject to approval of the shareholders in the General Meeting) based on the Audited results for the year ended March 31, 2007.
