Freshtrop Fruits Board recommends 25% dividend

Freshtrop Fruits Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended 25% (Tax Free) dividend on Equity Shares of the Company for the year ending March 31, 2007.

The Board discussed the possibility of setting up post harvest facilities for distribution of fresh produce in the domestic market and approved detailed evaluation of the project.
