Pokarna Board recommends 35% final dividend

Pokarna Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Final Dividend of 35% for the year 2006-2007 subject to approval of the Members of the Company.
