ITL Industries Board recommends 10% dividend

ITL Industries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 1.00 per Equity Share @ 10%, subject to approval of shareholders.
