Elecon Engineering Company Ltd has announced that the Register of Members & Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from July 17, 2007 to July 24, 2007 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of payment of dividend & 47th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company.
