Unitex Designs to buy textile business from SKM Fabrics (Amana) Ltd

Unitex Designs Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 30, 2007, has resolved to enter into an agreement to purchase the textile business from SKM Fabrics (Amana) Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary Company including the stock-in-trade, sundry debtors and creditors with effect from July 01, 2007.
