KSE Board recommends 10% dividend

KSE Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended dividend at the rate of 10% (i.e. Re 1.00 per equity share of Rs 10 each) to be approved in the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on September 01, 2007.
