Shri Dinesh Mills Board recommends 20% dividend

Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended 20% dividend on equity shares for F.Y. 2006-2007, subject to approval of shareholders.
