Pioneer Distilleries Board recommends 10% dividend

Pioneer Distilleries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a dividend @ 10% on the Equity Share of Rs 10/- each, for the Financial Year 2006-07, subject to the approval of the shareholders at the General Meeting.
