Shrenuj & Company Board to recommend dividend

Shrenuj & Company Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 07, 2007, inter alia, to consider the approval of audited financial results of the Company along with the report on segment-wise revenue results, and the capital employed of the Company and recommendation of dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2007. The Board will also approve the audited consolidated financial results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the financial year ended March 31, 2007.
