Modison Metals Board recommends 25% dividend

Modison Metals Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 29, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a Dividend of Rs 2.50 (25%) per Equity Share of Rs 10/- for the F.Y. 2006-07.
