BEML Board Meeting on Jul 05, 2007 to fix Issue Price

Bharat Earth Movers Ltd (BEML) has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on July 05, 2007, for determining the Bid / Issue Price and also taking on record the Prospectus for filing with the Registrar of Companies.

The stock closed the day at Rs.1154.80, down by Rs.30.20 or 2.55%. The stock hit an intraday high of Rs.1189.40 and low of Rs.1150. The total traded quantity was 39849 compared to 2 week average of 105183.
