Corporation Bank AGM approves 50% final dividend

Corporation Bank has announced that the Shareholders at the 10th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Bank held on June 27, 2007, have approved the following:

1. Discussed, approved and adopted the audited Balance sheet as at March 31, 2007 and profit and Loss Account for the year ended March 31, 2007 and the reports of the Directors and the Auditors thereon.

2. Final dividend at the rate of 50% (i.e. Rs 5.00 per share) was declared.
