Orient Green Power Company approves QIP of Rs. 400 crores

The Board of Directors of Orient Green Power Company Ltd at its meeting held on July 09, 2014, has approved to issue and allot of Securities to qualified institutional buyers upto Rs. 400 crores subject to the approval of the shareholders at the ensuing Annual General Meeting to be held on August 12, 2014.

Shares of ORIENT GREEN POWER COMPANY LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.16.5 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 16.1. The total number of shares traded during the day was 60375 in over 313 trades.
