Vardhman Polytex Board recommends 7% final dividend

Vardhman Polytex Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 05, 2007, inter alia, has recommended a final dividend of 7% on the paid up Equity Share Capital of the Company for the year 2006-07.
